Terms of Service

We warranty all repair work for 90 days except for faucet washers, faucet seats or toilet flush valves, in which case the warranty is 30 days.

1-Year Installation Warranty: We warranty for one year all water heater and fixture installations that we supply and install. If the unit fails within that time, we'll fix it with no parts or labor charge. After one year, the manufacturer's warranty controls. We reserve the right to pass along any warranty repair to a manufacturer-authorized repair service.

30 Day Clog Free Warranty: After any snaking, we warranty your drain to remain unclogged for 30 days unless noted otherwise specifically on the invoice. This warranty is limited to proper clean out access and does not cover lines that have collapsed, are clogged with a foreign object, damaged, misaligned, or have been clogged due to negligence. For an additional charge we can examine your line with a sewer camera to determine the lines apparent structural integrity.

1 Year Warranty on Sewer Line Replacement: If we replace your sewer line, either in your home or out to the street, the portion that we replace carries a one year no clog warranty. There is no warranty if the clog or back up results from a problem either upstream or downstream from the section that was replaced, are clogged with a foreign object, or have been clogged due to negligence.

No Customer Supplied Material Warranty: Unfortunately, we offer no warranty on customer supplied material. Our warranty covers only products and material that we supply. Customers will be responsible for payment on work where the supplied product cannot be completely installed due to manufacture defects, lack of proper material, or incompatibility.

Restrictions: All warranties are subject to proper product use. Abuse, negligence, or customer inflicted damage voids all warranties. These warranties do not cover events and accidents that result from natural causes and cannot be anticipated and provided against ("acts of God"), from a failure of normal maintenance, or from normal wear and tear. The above warranties cover only repair or replacement. PPS Incorporated assumes no responsibility for resulting damages. The use of another company as to any PPS Incorporated work voids our warranty.

Q: Why I should choose you over your competitors. In short, what are the faults of your competitors?

A: We do not believe in running down the competition. We run our business under a code of ethics for professional tradesmen, not businessmen selling products. We will gladly steer clear of the negative slandering between contractors that presently exist.

Q. Where are you located and how far do you travel?

A: We are located in the beautiful North Las Vegas. We service: Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Anthem, Southern Highlands, Red Rock, Mountains Edge, Spanish Trails, The Lakes, Lake Las Vegas, Green Valley, Spring Valley, Sun City, North Las Vegas, Blue Diamond, Mount Charleston, Boulder City, Moapa Valley, Sandy Valley, and other Clark County destinations. We do charge a travel charge for outlying areas of Las Vegas. Please call for a quote.

Q. Do you charge for estimates?

A. We offer a basic over the phone estimate that is 100% free and at no obligation. However, some problems and jobs may be difficult to quote accurately over the phone so phone estimates are more of a rough guess. We offer a more accurate on-site estimate for $45. We will apply the $45 cost of your estimate to your invoice should choose to use us for your project. You have 30 days to apply the credit for the estimate to your bill. Some estimates for smaller jobs are available at time of scheduled 30-minute appointment. Larger projects require slightly more time for estimating and can be emailed to you usually within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment.

Q. What are your rates?

A. Regular plumbing service calls are billed out at $90/hour per plumber, with a one (1) hour minimum. Overtime plumbing service calls are billed out at $135/hour per plumber, with a one and a half (1.5) hour minimum. Estimates are available at $45 upon request. Pumping rates are more specific, please call for a quote.

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. Payment required at time of service completion.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, personal check (with driver's license), business check, money order, debit cards, and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express).

Q. What are your hours?

A. Regular business hours begin at 8:00 am and end at 4:00 pm Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Jobs often start earlier and end later, depending on the situation and length of job. We make every effort to accommodate special requests to meet the needs of our customers; However over time rates may apply for after hour service.

Q. Do you provide Emergency Service and how much more will it cost?

A. Of course. We are available nights, weekends, and holidays. When you call, a plumber or pumping technician can help troubleshoot and decide the severity of the problem. For example, if you have a clogged toilet, but have another toilet that is working, you might want to wait until the following business day to save some money. Emergency Service (nights and weekends) is billed at time and half with a two hour minimum; Holidays are billed at a higher rate.

Q. Can I purchase all my fixtures and have you install them?

A. You can, but we cannot warranty any products not purchased through us. It is a great way to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want though. Some feel that it is worth the minimal mark-up we charge, which is often times below MSRP, to guarantee warranty on workmanship and product for one year from date of installation.
